GHI can provide local technical support to your either your Technical Team or our Business Intelligence System Administrator through a number of options and cost structures.

Our clients can engage GHI for technical support in one of 2 ways:
  • a)Purchase a pre-paid block of technical support hours to use at your discretion as long as the inquiry is related to supporting the solution GHI implemented.
  • b)Engage GHI on a day-to-day basis at their daily rate. Again, as long as the inquiry is related to supporting the solution GHI implemented.
