Tier II (30 to 45 days)
Tier I plus GHI provides Professional Services to implement all areas covered in Tier I. The proper level of support can be determined during the engagement.
Tier III (60 to 120 days)
This is a traditional “turnkey” implementation including the design, building, implementation and transfer of the solution, and supporting OLAP cubes, followed by administrator training. The proper level of support can be determined during the engagement.
